Staff and residents at Balhousie Care Group’s Brookfield Care Home in Carnoustie, Scotland have celebrated after receiving strong ratings from the Care Inspectorate.

The home was awarded a ‘Very Good’ rating of Grade 5 for how well it ‘supports people’s wellbeing’ and how well ‘care and support’ is planned, following its latest inspection.

Home manager, Sarah-Jane Patterson, who was described as “very supportive” in the Care Inspectorate’s report, said: “Our latest gradings from the Care Inspectorate are a reflection of the exceptional work of our team here at Balhousie Brookfield and it is hugely well deserved.
