Care England has teamed up with law firm Hewitsons to offer mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advice.

The move comes amidst growing M&A activity due to rising demand and the fact that many providers cannot continue to run at current scale, with 80% of operators running single home businesses.

Professor Martin Green OBE, Chief Executive of Care England, said: “These template documents provide the first vital step for members to formulate a discussion and familiarise themselves with mergers and acquisitions. They complement professional advice and help members to plan for the future.”
