Care UK have appointed Daniel Cole as home manager at Oakfield Croft in Sale, Cheshire.

Daniel, who has spent over 20 years in the care sector, will lead the home when it opens in winter 2019.

“I am delighted to have been appointed as the home manager at Oakfield Croft, and I am excited to lead a skilled and supportive team when we open the doors later this year,” said Daniel.

“To be a successful home manager you need to be able to trust your team in order for them to work efficiently, and I will support the team to feel empowered to achieve success and make a difference. I’m looking forward to starting a new chapter here in Sale.

“More than anything, I am excited to get to know and spend time with the residents, knowing they are having an enjoyable and fulfilled time at a happy home.”

Oakfield Court will feature 60 ensuite bedrooms and include its own cinema, hairdressing salon and coffee shop.

The home will deliver a full range of residential and nursing care for older people, including short-term respite care and specialist care for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
