Country Court Care Group has announced its further expansion with the acquisition of three South London nursing homes.

Carter House (pictured), Link House and Woodland House, which are all rated ‘good’ by the CQC, were purchased from Central & Cecil Housing Trust for an undisclosed fee.

Alykhan Kachra, Managing Director of Country Court Care Group, said: “We are extremely pleased to have acquired Carter, Link and Woodland House nursing homes. I would like to extend our new residents and staff a very warm welcome to the Country Court Care family and look forward to working with them.

“We have a 5-star standard template that we implement in all of our homes, ensuring we offer the best possible facilities and provide the high-level of family-led care we have become known for. The homes we have acquired all offer a good starting point for this and we will be reviewing changes required to improve the enjoyment and quality of life for everyone in these homes.”

Founded as a family business in 1983, Country Court Care has undergone rapid expansion over the last nine years, growing from 200 to over 1,600 beds in that time. The three London homes add a further 160 beds to its portfolio and takes its number of care facilities to 33.
