Country Court Care announces Lincolnshire care home plans

Country Court Care has announced plans for a new luxury care home in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Fenchurch House, which will be situated on the site of Goodfellow School, will provide 60 jobs for the local community.

Al-Karim Kachra, Financial Director at Country Court Care, said: “We are excited to invest further in Spalding and offer a new option in luxury care. The quality of choice in Spalding is going to increase very quickly with both the construction of our Fenchurch House 60 bed unit and LNT’s 66 bed unit on the Lincolnshire Gateway development.

“We welcome the extra competition as it will lead to positive outcomes for the residents in terms of better accommodation and in driving up care standards.”

The home will include 60 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, lounge and dining areas, hair salon, gift shop, café/bar area and reception areas.

Work on the new care home will commence in May 2019, with completion due in June 2020.

The new care home will offer luxury residential care complementing the nursing and dementia care on offer at Country Court Care’s two other care homes in the Spalding area: Ashwood Nursing Home and St John’s Care Home.
