Gold Care Homes kicks off resident improvement strategy

After a series of workshops with staff, residents and families, Gold Care Homes has launched a new strategy to improve the way it interacts with residents.

The group, which was founded in 1999 and now comprises of 21 homes across the country, says there are ‘big changes on the horizon’ with an improvement programme and rebrand due to be rolled out across the portfolio.

A new training and development scheme for staff will be brought in, while a number of homes will be updated to ‘better serve’ the needs of residents.

A rebrand, including a refreshing new website, will also be unveiled.

Ravi Gidar, managing director at Gold Care Homes (pictured) said: “We are striving to ensure all of our homes are either Good or Outstanding – developing a strategy driven by the staff and residents is essential in order to achieve our goal.”

Since 1999, Gold Care Homes has been offering a range of services including: respite and daycare, residential, nursing and dementia services.
