Herts care provider acquires third site with NatWest funding

Hertfordshire based residential care provider Greenswan Consultants has completed its third care home acquisition with £6.5m NatWest funding.

The 59-bed facility, which provides residential and nursing care for the elderly, is located in Little Wymondley.

Greenswan founder Mohammed Raja said: “Our philosophy focuses on our ability to provide residential and nursing care facilities for elderly people in the Hertfordshire area, helping them live their life to the full. Thanks to financial support from NatWest, we are now able to extend the care that we offer to more people in need. We are looking forward to working with the team at Wymondley, to ensure we provide the best quality of care across all our sites.”

Greenswan will increase its £6m a year turnover by 45% following the acquisition as well as grow its staff base. Mr Raja plans to invest further into the Little Wymondley home by extending its current space within the next few years.

NatWest Relationship Manager, Rob Storey, said: “The finance we have provided will enable Greenswan Consultants to continue its aim of providing high quality care to as many people as possible whilst growing its business in the process.”
