We are recruiting passionate Care Assistants to join a warm and welcoming care home in Silver End. Drivers are preferred due to the home’s location, which can be difficult to access via public transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide for the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of residents using a person-centred approach.
- Promote and respect residents’ choice, independence, dignity, privacy, and fulfilment of their rights.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with residents, their families, friends, and other stakeholders.
- Support and collaborate with other care staff to ensure the best possible care.

Requirements:
- A clear DBS check is required (we can assist if you don’t have one).
- Any relevant training or qualifications in health and social care are a bonus, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
- Previous experience in care homes or residential settings is valued but not mandatory. What truly matters is your passion for improving residents’ well-being.
Expected Hours: Minimum of 24 hours per week – this is a temp to perm position
