Clinical Lead – Ammanford SA18 Full Time Permanent

We are looking for a clinical lead to work and lead on the quality and management of dementia care ,patient care and the clinical environment.

You will manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within the unit, ensuring it complies with regulations, legislations and meets quality standards.

The head of unit will provide clinical leadership to other staff on shift as required, assuming the role of nurse in charge of the unit whilst on duty, as well as liaising closely with the manager.
