Clinical Lead Nurse Full Time Permanent

The clinical lead position is supporting a fantastic, purpose built 66 bed service (current occupancy 17) to grow and develop alongside the registered manager.

Together building a team, occupancy and supported by Head Office other specialisms in this 3 floor, fully equipped and efficient complex. As the service develops and grows so will your roles, responsibilities and financial rewards.

To oversee/maintain the care of all Residents within the Care Home and, in the absence of the Home Manager, take responsibility for the day to day running of the Care Home. To delegate tasks and monitor all junior Staff activity.

As clinical lead you will be involved in supervising a team of nurses and healthcare assistants leading the team and being responsible for ensuring that they maintain their standards of excellent care.

Duties Include

• Organise Staff Members’ workload by forward planning off duty, ensuring that there is sufficient cover, and deal with Staff problems where appropriate
• Establish and maintain good communication with Residents, Relatives and the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in the evaluation and review of policies and procedures as and when required
• Ensure compliance with the Care Inspectorate regulatory requirements
• Supervise visits and liaise with GPs in order to establish a good relationship between GPs / Health Care Professionals and the Care Home
• Ensure all the care plan and review of the care/support timely manner.
