Residential Support Worker Deputy Manager – Dover CT16 Full Time Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to support the Home. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. We provide specialist support for adults with intellectual disabilities who may also have Autistic Spectrum Conditions. The individuals may at times present with severely challenging behaviours. The service offers 24 hrs support and staff will be expected to provide the support needed to enable the people who use the service to reach their goals and to develop their self esteem and the skills they need to live as independently as possible.

You will need to be registered with CQC

Have a proven background in service management

Able to lead and motivate teams.
