Randolph Hill Nursing Homes appoints group nursing manager

Claire Allen has been promoted to Group Nursing Manager at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group.

A qualified registered nurse, Claire joined Randolph Hill in 2002. She became manager of its Dunblane nursing home in 2004, rising to the role of senior manager in 2011.

As group nursing manager, she will work across Randolph Hill’s six nursing homes in central and east Scotland, assisting the company’s nursing director on HR, governance, maintenance and business development matters.

Claire’s former deputy, Jo Comrie, takes over as manager at the group’s Dunblane nursing home.

Randolph Hill Group’s Director of Nursing, Ingrid Neville, said: “We’re delighted to promote Claire into this senior role. She has a wealth of experience in the care sector and is well known and respected in the Forth Valley area. This new role will enable her to spread her wings and put her experience and skills to work across the entire group.”

Founded in 1985, Randolph Hill owns and operates six nursing homes across central and east Scotland providing residential nursing care for more than 350 residents and employing over 500 members of staff.
