Person Centred Software founder and director, Jonathan Papworth, guides care homes on how to keep on track with GDPR and data protection.

This also includes all the little questions you might have. What counts as ‘data’ for GDPR? What do you do if a data breach occurs? How would you provide a subject access request? How do you give data access to relatives of residents? What can you provide to CQC, police or other authorities requesting data? What is your role in keeping data safe? It may be that other people deal with some of these things in your organisation, but do you know who?

We are working in partnership with PrivacyTrust, who are specialists in GDPR, to give care homes the very latest and up-to-date information about how to keep on track with GDPR and data protection.

Recently, we ran a successful joint webinar: What’s Next for GDPR? It addressed care homes’ specific questions about the regulation. Go to www.personcentredsoftware.com/gdpr to watch the webinar recording and find out more about how you can keep records safe, compliant and accessible
