WATCH: Person Centred Software founders discuss new digital care planning features

[ad_1]

Person Centred Software founders Jonathan and Simon Papworth discuss the recently launched ‘Who I Am’ and ‘Digital Red Bag’ features on its mobile, evidence-based care system.

Jonathan explains how ‘Who I Am’ automatically collates information from the residents’ care plan on to a handheld app. It ensures that all staff understand residents’ personal history, preferences, interests and aspirations so they have as much choice and control as possible.

These are in line with CQC’s KLOEs so ‘Who I Am’ helps care homes comply with the regulator but also supports staff so residents living with dementia in care homes have a better quality of life.

Simon further discusses the launch of Person Centred Software’s ‘Digital Red Bag’, which digitally shares information on residents between residents and the NHS.
