Irma founded 1Stop Rec Limited in 2008 and launched DBS Umbrella Solutions shortly after. Since its inception the business has grown from strength to strength, winning Essex Business Awards for growing business of the year and nominated for most commended business of the year by judges. Irma’s passion lies in Healthcare recruitment and her drive for quality and service is demonstration throughout the business and the team.

Sheree Bond

12 years Healthcare experience, starting as a kitchen assistant and florist in a Care Home then progressed to a carer once I turned 18. Working my way up to a Senior Carer then Dementia Lead. Within this time, I have completed my NVQ 2/3 and NVQ level 2 Team Leading. Dementia has always been a real passion of mine and I like to raise awareness and money through charity events with my team. I have now been with 1 Stop Healthcare over a year and within this time I have completed my NVQ advanced level 3 in recruitment and have been promoted to Team Leader within the Recruitment team. I love to support both my clients and candidates alike delivering excellent service at all times!

With 6 years Healthcare experience, working her way from Care Assistant to NVQ Level 3 Senior Carer, Loredana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. With recruitment experience gained in Romania Loredana is able to adapt to work skilfully with both client and candidate alike. Currently studying her level 3 in Recruitment with the IOR, to develop her skills and experience further and provide more added value to the customers we support.

Livi will be engaging on her level 3 Qualification in this field to support her learning whilst working. Livi has already demonstrated excellent organisation and team work and will be an asset to the Company.

With over 20 years in Customer Services and Finance Administration, Lucy supports our Accounts and Recruitment teams across a range of business functions, providing an excellent service to clients and candidates alike. Always willing to lend a hand Lucy is an asset to the 1 Stop Team.

Lucy holds the 1 Stop and DBS Solution Finance Department together! A proven history of working in the accounting industry. Lucy is a proven professional in her field, skilled in a broad range of accounting functions

Angharad Walls

I have worked within the care industry for 9 years ranging from care homes to domiciliary care.

I started my career as an activities co-ordinator within supported living, I also worked with dementia residents for 3 years and then went on to do dom care for 4 years and as time went on I worked my way up right to a field care supervisor. Over the years I have completed my NVQ level 2 and 3 in health and social care and have also done advanced training in dementia, care planning and team leading. I love working in the care industry and love supporting people in finding their own passion within the care industry.
