Irma Stevens

Irma is the award-winning CEO and Registered Manager of 1 Stop Rec and an accomplished leader in the healthcare recruitment and DBS compliance sector. Irma’s understanding of the issues that Primary and Secondary care are facing helps guide her business decisions and the management and development of staff. Irma likes to challenge herself and continues to learn and grow in her role, focusing on her ambitious 5 Year Plan for the business, including a training division and expanding complex care.

A firm believer in enjoying a work-life balance, Irma’s passion is travel and has recently completed her Open Water PADI Diver.

Clare Sanderson

Clare joined the group in 2016, as appointed Director, working in partnership with our CEO to develop new commercial opportunities and services across the group, Clare provides leadership to our team and clients to support delivery of profitable growth, optimal resource management, compliance and operations. With 26 years in recruitment and a successful portfolio of building client partnerships across multi-sectors. Clare strongly, believes that in delivering high-quality improvements and new services we will continue to provide the very best service to our customers and candidates.

Team Leader

Sheree Bond

Sheree is our Office Manager and Dementia Lead who gained over 12 years of Healthcare sector experience, before bringing her wealth of experience and passion to 1 Stop. Sheree prides herself in providing staff to our clients that meet needs and staff selection is person centred. She believes in continuous development and has developed her career from Carer to Manager, NVQ 2/3 and NVQ level 2 Team Leading.

Sheree has always had a passion for dementia, and she likes to raise awareness and money through charity events with her team. Within her time with us, she has completed her NVQ advanced level 3 in recruitment and has been promoted to Team Leader within the Recruitment team. She loves to support both clients and candidates alike always delivering excellent service!

Payroll Administrator

Lucy Bland

Lucy is our Finance and Payroll Assistant at 1 Stop Healthcare, she has been working for 1 Stop Healthcare for 6 years and plays a key role in ensuring 1 Stop Rec Group runs like a well-oiled machine! She is responsible for all the accounting and finance functions, along with the business operations activity. Lucy works extremely well under pressure and is very hardworking. Outside of work, she loves to socialise and see friends.

Recruitment Talent coordinator

Angharad Walls

Angharad is our Senior Consultant for our Health and Social care recruitment team, A lady of many talents, including a qualified Trainer in Moving and Assisting people and Level 3 in Health and Social care.

Angharad has worked in community, dementia and care services for 10 years and brings this experience to the 1 Stop team.
With a genuine passion for improving vulnerable peoples’ lives, we could not ask for a better addition to our Care team than Angharad.

Maisie

As a specialist in all types of vetting checks, Maisie supports all our clients from start-ups to multi-national corporations across all sectors. Maisie understands the importance of ensuring organisations are fully safeguarded and is well-eqipped to advise clients from a regulatory and compliance perspective.

Thanks to Maisie’s experience in Customer Service and CIPD qualification she is able to support our customers make safer recruitment decisions through effective compliance and employment screening.

Eve

Eve has been part of our DBS Account Management team for over 3 years and has a strong background in delivering high-quality customer services and advice to hiring managers, stakeholders and external organisations on all DBS matters daily. As part of her role, Eve makes sure that our customers are protected, by ensuring our products are compliant and in line with current laws and regulations.

Eve’s currently undertaking a degree in Business Management which supports our focus on efficient process, compliance, and commitment to protecting organisations across all sectors. Thanks to her methodical approach, efficiency and excellent Customer Service skills, working with Eve means that our customers receive a secure and background screening service and first class customer experience.

Trainee social media assistant

Ellie

A passionate marketeer with a love for all things design, Ellie uses her creative skills to construct campaigns to help 1 Stop Healthcare stand out from the crowd and be memorable! Ellie supports all sectors of the business covering ongoing social media content for us across multiple platforms and brand development.

Ellie is currently studying her Digital Marketing Level 3 qualification, to support our value in pursue growth and learning.

Compliance administrator

Niamh

Since joining the business as our Training and Compliance Administrator Niamh has grown and developed the Compliance team; embedding policies and procedures, as well as assisting in implementing new systems and processes for safe recruitment practice aligned with CQC regulations. She provides an in-house service that effectively supports all departments in their duty to comply with relevant laws and regulations and internal procedures. She also coordinates our on-going training of care staff, with interactive webinars and classroom training, Currently studying her Diploma in Business and Project Administration.

Sarah

Sarah’s aim as our Recruitment Coordinator is to provide an outstanding candidate and client experience and Sarah juggles several different tasks at one time to accomplish this!

From candidate communication, to assessing client needs, Sarah supports the recruitment team in helping hiring managers find their perfect match and helping candidates find their perfect role. Sarah’s approachable style means she always manages challenges positivity and has a desire to find the best solution for everyone involved.

Darren comes from a background in LD and Domicillary Care, which makes him a fantastic Talent Acquisition lead for 1 Stop Healthcare. He is responsible for the entire hiring process, delivering a second to none selection process and a great recruitment experience for all our candidates.

Darren is more than a voice at the end of the phone, he takes time to know every candidate and supports our busy recruitment team in selecting the best candidates for our clients across the county.
