St Armands Court is a purpose-built, 40-bed property and The Hollies is a 28-bed, period property, which has been substantially extended and adapted.

Ian Wilkie of HPC, who handled the sale, said: “Having known the Hobman family for many years, we are delighted to have been able to assist them in the sale of the business. The deal actually completed in September, but it is only now that we are able to confirm details.

“We are especially pleased to have overseen the transfer of the business to Harvey Zemmel, whose knowledge and experience will undoubtedly result in the continued delivery of first class care by these two excellent care homes.”
