Rangeford expands retirement living development

Leading investor and developer Octopus Healthcare has announced completion of the second phase of expansion of the Wadswick Green retirement living community in Wiltshire.

Managed by operator Rangeford, the development now has an additional 45 independent living apartments on top of the 86 apartments already sold and in operation. The development also features 26 assisted living community apartments, with the whole site providing aspirational living to people with a range of ages and needs.

Further expansion of Wadswick Green is under way with the construction of 45 new independent living apartments, with a further 45 independent living units planned to break ground later in 2019.
