Christie & Co shakes up senior management team with internal promotions

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has made new appointments and shaken up its board of directors.

The company has hired Michael Hodges as its new managing director to lead its care consultancy service.

Hodges has played a “pivotal” role in the service’s development as it continues to expand into the medical and childcare sectors.

In his new role, Hodges will work closely with his team to develop investment and fund connections and has since been invited to join the sub committee.

The following director appointments were also made: Alistair Greenhalgh, hotels, Camille de La Fosse and Fiona Fieldhouse, marketing, Dave Morris and Mark Kaluza, retail, Jon Hodgkins, care valuation, Jonathan Watson, dental, Monique Royle, hospitality valuation and Shawn Watts, unsecured.
